BELVEDERE SPECTRE 007 MARTINI

The original, iconic drink with a new Spectre twist to impress your friends at the bar. 

Instructions

Gently muddle olives in base of mixing glass. Add remaining ingredients and shake hard with ice. Double strain into a chilled martini glass.

 

Ingredients 

60ml (2oz) Belvedere Vodka

10ml (⅓oz) Dry vermouth

Sicilian green olive

5ml (⅙oz) Sicilian green olive brine

 

 

Belvedere SPECTRE 007

A delicious blend of fruit and spice for an elegant and refreshing cocktail.

Instructions 

Combine all ingredients except ginger beer in the base of a mixing tin, add ice, and shake vigorously. Strain over fresh ice in a highball glass and top with ginger beer. Garnish with a wedge of lime and a raspberry.

Ingredients 

45 ml (1.5 oz) Belvedere

15 ml (½ oz) lime juice

10 ml (¼ oz) simple syrup

4 fresh raspberries

Ingredients

60 ml (2 oz) Belvedere Vodka

10 ml (⅓ oz) dry vermouth Shaken, not stirred.

Garnish with a lemon twist.

Refreshing and aromatic, the Belvedere Double O is the perfect aperitif, complemented by a classic Italian garnish of olive and orange.

Instructions

Build in highball. Top with sparkling lemonade. Garnish with olive & orange slice.

Ingredients

20 ml (½ oz) Belvedere Vodka

20 ml (½ oz) French dry vermouth

20 ml (½ oz) Italian sweet vermouth

Follow Ian Fleming’s original recipe from Casino Royale:

3 measures Gordon’s Gin; 1 measure vodka;

½ measure Kina Lillet.

Shake, don’t stir, and serve ice cold with a slice of lemon peel.
