What were the biggest news events that caught our attention? The stars we wanted to know the most about? And what questions did we desperately need answering? This is what we searched for in the UK this year. 

Every year Google releases its annual list of the most searched things of the year. Divided into different categories, the list gives us an intriguing look into what British Internet users really find important, and it also provides an unorthodox look at the year itself.
