Former Australian Olympic pole-vaulter Amanda Bisk has been practising yoga for just over three years. Her life was thrown upside down when she was diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome in 2011, and was forced to stop doing the sport she loved. With over 800k followers on Instagram, American yoga expert Kerri Verna leads monthly yoga challenges that inspire thousands of people of all ages, all over the world to practise yoga each month.
