Being a founding member of N.W.A is what the Arabian Prince is known for. But what’s come since might just be more impressive. 

In late 1980s Los Angeles, a young DJ by the name of Arabian Prince joined forces with Eazy-E, Dr. Dre, and Ice Cube to form one of hip-hop’s seminal acts. As it turns out, starting N.W.A. was only the man’s first chapter.

From creating beats to building tech hardware for gamers, and founding VR companies, Arabian Prince has been guided by two things: an engaged curiosity and the patience to indulge it. On the Red Bulletin podcast, he talks about what growing up with a tech enthusiast uncle in Compton taught him, how he learned to command a room and how to always—always—make sure to get paid.
