Scarping is a ridiculous new sport that combines wakeboarding, basketball, and fishing

Asian carp are an invasive species of fish that were introduced to the US from China in the 1970’s by fish farmers hoping to keep their ponds clean. The carp got out of control and now threaten native species as far north as Illinois. They can’t be fished by rod and reel, but the engine vibration from boats causes them to leap into the air. So of course some really smart rednecks capitalized on this phenomena by creating a new sport that looks insanely fun - while addressing the problem at hand.

Tag Heuer’s newest watch is smarter than it looks

Billed as the first “luxury” Android Wear smartwatch, this Swiss-engineered timepiece is a nod to the old and a shift to the new. Its digital face mimics mechanical dials, while providing all the real-time information you’d expect from a watch featuring an Intel chip. Made from titanium with a saphire crystal face - it’s not just smart, but it’s tough too. Act quick - it’s limited to just 1,000 pieces.

WTF is with all of the flying space junk?

All kinds of crazy shit has been falling out of the sky lately. Week before last it was the mysterious flash over Los Angeles. Now scientists are saying that a different UFO from last week was some kind of rocket casing from a space probe - or a decommissioned spy satallite - or tiny aliens. Seriously, WTF.

At the Church of Bieber, the pop star preaches Purpose

During his performance at the Staples Center last week, the 21-year old pop star preached the importance of positivity in-between his acoustic serenade to fans - making “An Evening With Justin Bieber” feel more like a church service than a pop concert. The somber tone of his message was a far cry from egging his neighbor’s house and pissing in buckets. It would seem that the Biebs is finally growing up.

Watch This: undefeated UFC champion Ronda Rousey gets the sh*t kicked out of her

Holly Holm just scored the biggest upset in UFC history, when she knocked Ronda Rousey out with a left kick to the head. Rousey was rushed to a Melbourne hospital afterwards where she received stitches and spent the night; and CT scans revealed that the concussion might help her stop acting like a 14 year old boy.

Get your motor running: Harley’s offering free rider training for troops

Even if you don’t get the appeal of Harley Davidson, you have to hand it to them on this one. For the next year, they’re offering a free motorcycle training academy for any and all members or former members of the military. Currently deployed? They’ll hook you up with a voucher that’s good until 2017. There’s not an academy near you? They’ll reimburse you for taking a local training course instead.
